i bought the call of duty season pass on this account a few months ago but i was told off a few friends there was nothing i could do but i just thought maybe i could get some help

You can only request a refund 2 weeks after purchase, so no it's stuck on that account forever now.

i tried to but on the help page where you get a refund it only showed black ops 3 and nothing to do with the season pass :/

You could've gone through this,

thats what i was on and it only had black ops 3 not any dlc or season pass

My PAYDAY 2 DLCs definitely show up under mine.

And yours was definitely under [A Purchase] at the very least.
