Why do you need to lock your steam account? You dont have any games on it, just 2 free2play titles.

....and why would someone want to hijack an account with nothing on it? Are you sure? What made you think it was being hijacked? You cant really "hack" a steam account, 99% of it is social engineering.

So you use Steamguard via phone? How do you know the account is being used by someone else?

i didnt activate steam guard.i check my email for this acc, it says my email has been suspected of sending junk mails or violated TOS,
