Change game icons?
I want to change some of the game icons for games i've downloaded from steam but don't know how.

You can't change the Steam library icons. You can create desktop shortcuts and change their icons the same way you change any shortcut icon.

That's what i mean i want to change the icons for my steam games that are desktop shortcuts. For example i want to change the tf2 icon on my desktop how would i go about doing that?

Right mouse click the shortcut > Properties > [Web Document] -tab > Change Icon...

Where can I find pictures for icon replacing as whatever I download seems invalid.

You can try going into the files of the game and replacing the .ico. I tried it myself but it only reverted to the hl2 logo though. (Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/resource)

I could change icons for Non-Steam games, but actually for rainbow six for example I couldnt
