do steam support work on sunday ?
any chance i will get a reply on my ticket on sunday ?

Steam Support works on weekends too; so yes, it's possible.

ive heard they work 7 days a week,but id imagine its a 9 till 5 type job and its about 5:30 am at steam HQ as of writing this(so dont expect a reply for at least another 3 hours),it can take about a week to get a response from a real person.

so if you have been waiting 4 or so days then there is every chance they will reply today.(but dont hold your breath)
