There is absolutely no way you have a 72 hour trade hold anymore; which makes me wonder if you're all that accurate about the time you activated your authenticator either.

But if it's less than 7 days (secondswise) then that's why you get the holds.
If you wait out the 7 days in its fullest, you should not have holds. If you still have issues on your third party website after that, I'd contact them.
