Steam stuck on "Installing Update"
When I go to download steam, it just rotates around "Installing Update". I tried restarting my PC, running it as admin, and letting it sit through 10 minutes and no fix. Is there a way I could get it to work?

I would close Steam, and then go to the "steamapps/downloading" folder and delete any files in there. Please note if you had a paused download ongoing, this will reset your progress. Then restart Steam. If that still does not work, I would refresh your Steam files.

Im having the same issue. Tried everything you've mentioned above. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
