Ok, do you know how long~ I could wait for the steam support answer? (Sry for not perfect english)
I'd lean towards the carrier in this case.
You can do this though, right?:
- Navigate to https://www.paysafecard.com/en-gb/check-balance/
- Enter your PaySafeCard PIN-code and numerical code.
- Click on "Details" below your PaySafeCard credit and find your purchase with Global Collect BV
- Click on the amount to open the details for the transaction
- Attach a screenshot of the payment details, including the Transaction ID to your Steam Support Ticket
Please create or update your existing Steam Support ticket with this information. But either way, there's no official ETA as to when they'll get back to you. Rather sooner than later though.
Ok ive got a last question. Should I write my real name when i create a steam support account?
It's just a security viewpoint.
i.e. Should your Steam -account be hijacked, you wouldn't want your Steam Support credentials to be the same. Basic internet security stuff.
