Then if I were you, I'd consider contacting your mobile phone carrier and requesting a new SIM card with the old number.

Then I'd remove the Steam Mobile Authenticator here:

Without proof I wouldn't really be optimistic. There's no official ETA as to when they'll respond.

I'd lean towards the carrier in this case.

Oh, okay. For a moment I thought you had tossed them out. Since that seems to be answer I usually get.

You can do this though, right?:
  1. Navigate to https://www.paysafecard.com/en-gb/check-balance/
  2. Enter your PaySafeCard PIN-code and numerical code.
  3. Click on "Details" below your PaySafeCard credit and find your purchase with Global Collect BV
  4. Click on the amount to open the details for the transaction
  5. Attach a screenshot of the payment details, including the Transaction ID to your Steam Support Ticket
Please create or update your existing Steam Support ticket with this information.

But either way, there's no official ETA as to when they'll get back to you. Rather sooner than later though.

Ok ive got a last question. Should I write my real name when i create a steam support account?

Doesn't really matter. Your proof of ownership is what ties your Steam Support account and your Steam account together.

Your Steam -account and Steam Support -account should generally have different usernames and passwords.

Nah, it wouldn't be bad.

It's just a security viewpoint.

i.e. Should your Steam -account be hijacked, you wouldn't want your Steam Support credentials to be the same. Basic internet security stuff.

ok i writed a text, right of the text field is field where I should write my "steam-Account login name". So should I write my steam account name from my lost account there? Or should I write my nickname there? (like your nickname is Teutep)
