Shipping Soon™ [Solved]

Ordered a Steam Controller a few days ago and the status seems to be stuck on Shipping Soon. How does Valve define soon? For me I define it like within some hour or so maximum, especially since where I live normal shops deliver to the door the next day or even the same day in some circumstances. Should I take my loss and cancel the order and buy another controller from a real business instead?

Yeah, it's kind of an annoying status. Soon could mean anything.

I ordered my Controller + Link at the end of summer sale, now status is also changed to Shippinf Soon. Wonder when it will arrive :)
Did you get any tracking information or update via the mail after this status?

Yeah, it will end up there in your account information when it actually is shipped, my experience from only 2 orders is that it takes like 2-3 days before it happens after the Shipping Soon.

After 3 days the status changed and got my tracking, its on transit to Eindhoven (where I work and 10 km away from where I live >.<) Guess and hope it will ship today :D

Ordered my controller 2 days ago, shipping soon, I live in Egmond, do you get postnl tracking, or from something like UPS?

I got it through DHL but it might differ since then or depending on where you live.

Yes it was through DHL parcel (NL).
You can see shipping information in your account on the site.

I also purchased a SC and it was from yesterday : Shipping Soon -.- I live in germany and i must wait now.
