Gmod gun noise problem...

For some reason, when I join my own session, my addon weapons make no gun fire noise!

My defualt weapons work and sound fine, but when I ant to spawn a random weapon (Like a musket rifles or a machine gun), the gun makes no noise at all, the only sounds it makes are the bullet casings hitting the ground or the guns trigger being pulled when the gun's empty.

I tried disabling all my addons, disable all my addons and uninstalling/reinstalling Gmod, and just plain uninstalling it, I even went into the folders and deleted all the addons in my addon folder, then uninstall/reinstalling it. Nothing i'm doing is working, can someone please help me out with this problem?
