CSGO, from 250-300 to 50-180

hello guys i know my english isn't really good but i seriously need your help, today when i turned on cs i saw a big difference, i mean my FPS. Few days ago i had 200-300fps, today i have from 100 to 180, sometimes 80,60,
my pc
intel i5 3670K
nvidia geforce gtx 970 4gb

i played 1 battle in WoT, and fps are 70-80 on max, so it's all good

And that's how your framerate was previously?

Then it's a pretty safe bet the issue is only present in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, right?

Well, you could for starters verify the game's cache. [Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache] to ensure there's no missing or corrupt files.

Should your two games be installed on separate disks, you could analyze your disks for possible fragmentation. (Don't do this on SSD.)

You could try applying -autoconfig in the game's launch options.
[Properties > General > Set Launch Options...]

If it's not a big hassle, you could reinstall your GPU drivers. (This within the installer: Custom Installation > Perform a clean installation)

Retrace any steps you might've taken since the problem surfaced.
