i want to know the average time it takes till you get back your cash from a game you didnt like/want.

thanks for the really fast response i got 1 more question. if you havent played more then 2 hours of the game and you requested the cashback in the same day i have bought it is it guaranteed that my request gets accepted?

Yes, taking into account if you're not considered to be abusing the system due to previous refunds.
