Steam games with no internet at all?

So I've searched for ways to play steam games with no internet but all i could find was playing in offline mode, which requires you to login at some point, which im assuming requires internet to do. My current situation is that my room is being renovated and my computer as well as internet have been completely unplugged, so im posting this from my phone. I want to know if i can still play dark souls 3 without having any internet connection so i dont have to go through the hassle of setting up my desktop just to find out i cant play it at all. Any ideas?

Not all of them. That's what I was trying to get you to find out.

Playing in offline mode will not require a internet connection so most games that are not multiplayer only will work in most cases.

Steam offline mode doesn't require the Internet. If Dark Souls 3 has an offline or single player mode, I'm sure you're capable of playing it. I apologize, if I'm mistaken.
