Can I give games to my friends using CD key ?

I have bought a game last year I don't play the game anymore and I want to know if there is any way to give the game to my friend using the cd key or turning it into a gift

If you activated the CD key then you can't use it again on other account.

Once activated a game is forever bound to your account. The Cd key is useless after activation.
You cant trade, sell or give away games from your library.

Also , to get a Steam gift you need to buy the game in the Steam Store as a gift in the first place and dont activate it on your account. There is no way to turn a key into a gift.
