"The Long Dark" opens on wrong monitor

I played The Long Dark again for the first time in about a month. It immediately open on my secondary monitor. Usually games on the one labeled 1. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Your settings may have changed or there may have been changes in the last month for The Long Dark. It may be a resolution issue. I had this glitch too. The game sure could profit from actually having multimonitor settings.
In the meantime, here's a solution that worked for me: go to the game folder and check out the .bat files in it. Get the game to run in windowed mode with its width and height corresponding to your main monitor. Then, in-game, bring it to fullscreen while having the game window on the correct monitor.

I just solved the problem by selecting, Windowed Mode, then moving the game window to the primary screen, exiting, launching it again, et voilà, everything adjusted just fine. :)
