You could also try setting your computer not to automatically restart, so you can read the error on the blue screen:

Its like its not even a crash. because while the monitor has went to the "not connected" screen and it has no error it just doesnt connect. The computer is still running and I can still hear the music.
That problem happened before with the raedon r9 380 graphic card, im guessing that s your graphic card as well.

If you read the thread above you will know that rolling back your GPU driver to version 16.2.1 will fix your problem but this is a quick fix till Raedon releases a new driver that will fix it or till CC2 releases a patch for it. But this may give you some issues with other games, so you could try first the version 16.3.1 of your GPU driver if that doesn t work then go to the 16.2.1 version.
