hello friends, how can install dlc from steam?

Click on the checkbox next to the dlc you own

You have to close the game first before you can install DLCs. If you don't do that first Steam can't download and install the DLC when the game is still running.

I am new in this game but I don´t now install the dlcs

Open the Steam Client. Navigate to Library and find Rocksmith in the list. Click on it once and you'll see the DLC in the right hand window. Put a check mark in the box, so the DLC will install.

At least that's how it works for most games that have DLC.
