Steam does noty download main file

I got problem with Crazy Killer. Steam does not download main file for the game. I tried to copy/paste it from my friend's hard drive, but with no result. When I clicked for steam on-line help it showed me this https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8676-EFLX-7453&l=polish&steamid=76561198011465917&errortype=EAppUpdateError&errorvalue=1 . I followed the instructions, but nothing happened. Any help will be appreciated.

What's your antivirus?

Have you tried putting the game's folder to your antivirus' real-time scan exceptions, then right mouse clicked the game on Steam > [Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache]?

I did. I also deactivated my antivirus (AVG) and tried it all again. Nothing happened yet.

So, if you check the folder manually, is the .exe -file there?
(Game on Steam > Right Mouse Click -> [Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files...])

What I find interesting is,

It suggests the 32-bit version of the launcher is "unused", while the system requirements themselves don't suggest that a 64-bit operating system is required.

Are you on a 32-bit or a 64-bit operating system? What about your friend?
