I GOT VAC BANNED AND I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING

Hello everyone, my account got highjacked recently by someone... i finally got my account back after several attempts. However i wanted to launch cs go today and i saw that i have a VAC ban. so i don't know what to do because i don't know if valve believes anyone blindly... please someone help :(

VAC bans are permanent, even if someone else stole your account and cheated with it.

Even if it wasn't you, it doesn't matter. Their policy is that they don't remove VAC bans, not even if someone else was using your account.
If you ask support, they'll basically just say "Too bad, you should've been more careful."

Welll anyone can say it was my hacker friend brother or putin so it doesn't prove anything and inspecting proof takes time and effort to make sure you are actually right. No business could moniter that

DarkGamingOfficial If your account is VAC banned for whatever reason is your responsibility because when you AGREE TO THE TERMS is your responsibility to secure your account and not give to anybody access to it and STEAM did spam few messages that you can improve your account security by putting few simple security questions and stuff . Anyway who cares about VAC ban
