You will need to submit a high level of proof for the account to be returned so if you have any CD keys associated with your account; take a photo and submit that to Support as well as all the other information required in full.
I don't think you understand. The procedure is very simple, change your password on your e-mail so the hijacker cannot access it, and also renew the security information of your Steam account as well.
It seems to me that you have left your e-mail account for the hijacker to keep so they can request your Steam password using your e-mail. That's hardly a smart thing to do.
Unless your e-mail address is inaccessible to you now then you'll have to contact Steam support like I said in the first post. I really didn't have to repeat this.
