my first e-mail and my wallet codes are stolen with keylogger or trojan

Some hacker get my first e-mail adress and my steam wallet codes. thats mean he can get my information whenever he want. What can i do for that ? That can be some way for that. I change my first e-mail adress password but i doesnt mater he can get information what e-mail he want.Its really amazing steam got bug like this :S. What can i do for secure my account back any idea ?

It doesn't seem like Steam has got a bug as opposed to you being irresponsible with caring for your computer. The only way you can do is to clean your PC, change your Steam information and if they have done something to your account, report it to Steam support.

it is a bug m8 read carefully. my pc is clean atm i buy orginal anti virus program after that but hacker got my first e-mail and my wallet codes so when he open a ticket steam support he can get account back which e-mail he want. can u believe that ? its steam how can i secure my account if they give my account name and new password to hacker with wallet code and first e-mail :S

guys im not dumb i know its u cant read ? i format my computer ofc after some1 stole my account. but hacker can get my informations with my wallet codes and my first e-mail which e-mail he want. steam support giving this informations. if u dont believe me open a new e-mail adress than open a new steamsupport account. open ticket give them ur payment information and first mail than tell them my account stolen. u will see they will send account information which e-mail u open ur steamsupport account. god sake im not idiot.

Secure your PC with the relevent anti-malware software and do a full offline anti-virus scan. Once that's done and your device is clean; contact Support with proof of account ownership found here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762

You will need to submit a high level of proof for the account to be returned so if you have any CD keys associated with your account; take a photo and submit that to Support as well as all the other information required in full.

It seems to me that you have left your e-mail account for the hijacker to keep so they can request your Steam password using your e-mail. That's hardly a smart thing to do.

Are you able to log in to your email still? If you can maybe you can change your password and log your email out on other devices. Then change it again just to be certain.

Make sure you have gotten the keylogger off your computer first or it's pointless.
