How Do I Delete ALL Steam Files. I need to re download

I can't find steam or valve on control panel and it seems I can't find anywhere to delete all valve and steam products off my pc.

:| just right click on steam shortcut and open file location and make sure to close steam before deleting. also theres another way use this path Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and uninstall steam

even after Manuel removal, it is still on my computer

Use program like Revo Uninstaller and Uninstall Steam using it.. after normal uninstall it will search for leftover files and registry keys
