Begin program with High Priority automatically?

I know some programs are tiered on a priority list when you start them. Is there anyway to force a program to automatically start at a specific priority, for example, a Steam game like Skyrim?

Creating these registry keys did the trick for me. I didn't come up with this, but I can no longer find who did. CpuPriorityClass is a 32 bit DWord.

SE is a 64bit as i recall so 32bit is not a option, and its only Bethesda themself that use old 32bit in a 64 bit conversion, its not a user option at all.

They're referring to the registry option being a DWORD which is stored as a 32-bit value, not that Skyrim SE is 64 or 32 bit.
