Is my account keylogged ?

Okay , this might sound a bit weird but I just logged in to this account a few minutes ago and launched Rainbow Six : Siege. So , I know this isn't my first time to launch it but a Steam user agreement came up and it showed all key codes of that game ( you know ) . Then I realised my steam user settings were reset too. I only saw this a couple of months ago when someone keylogged my account , again. Can someone help me ? I am really worried here.

The game code will show up until you tell it to stop showing it to you.
The only other thing I could think of that would do something like that to your settings is third party software that has access to the game specifically, like cheat software.

Don't change your password on a possibly infected computer. Change your passwords/security questions/personal information on a safe computer/mobile device.

If you assume your computer has a keylogger, run your anti-virus system and scan your computer. Possibly also scan your computer with MalwareBytes https://www.malwarebytes.org/ as another precaution.

I checked it to not to show up months ago. That's what I'm really thinking why is that. I mean I know steam settings reset itself time to time. But this ?
