which will give you a comprehensive rundown of what you have under the bonnet. You might actually get some sensible answers then, or maybe a couple of suggestions for cheap easy upgrades to bring your pc to speed a little.
Sound like you can run Counterstrike, Warthunder etc no problem. CSGO you can put graphics options to 'Auto' so it will match your computers capabilities anyway.
At the minute, you probably have the equivalent of a high end Intel i3, and a rather low end graphics card (sorry). Be prepared to lower Graphics settings right down on most games, and go for older titles. Should run likes of GTA 3 or GTA Vice City just fine, but you'll want to avoid the likes of GTA-V which will just melt your PC !!
