Why Can't I comment on some peoples' profiles?
The box to type in, is not there sometimes. I am very curious on why this happens. I am not trying to start a flame war, I just want to ask an honest question.

Because the user's profiles doesn't allowing you to put a comment on his profile.

This doesn't belong in TF2's discussions but I will still answer your question.


The reason you can not comment on someones profile is because they either they have blocked you or they don't allow ANY comments on their profile or they have it to friends only (you can change this in settings).

Maybe they disabled it after the comments were already there.

They probably have their comments set to friends only.
