Paypal dispute and now Steam Blocked my Game
I had a lot of issues with a Game and Steam doenst care at all, i open a PayPal Dispute to get my money back and the game desactivated but Steam only treatned me that they would only do something if i closed the dispute open in paypal, this is a treat, so basicly Syteam Tryed to force me to close the dispute on PayPal to force tme acept that all was well and that i was satisfect with the game ((when i wasnt)) and just after that they would give any help, basicly what they sayd was that, they even blocked and remoived the game from me but they did not refunded me, if they removed the game from me they should had refunded me, thats the right way to do things and not send menssages treatning people and talking lies like this :

https://gyazo.com/2692fc9d3ff2cb397c5cce3e5e03726a

I also found out that Steam is used to do this game with other custumers also like this one i have found on the steam forum : http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/624076027738314569/

this is very serious, we are not playing with fantasy money but with real money, I hope this to get solved STEAM

Steam Support do not care and wont menssage or email you, foirst thing they do is block your game and treanting you to close the paypal dispute, really bad Steam

Steam is teh worse game platform i ever found

Iam really sad with all this.

You need to reverse the chargeback. What you did was commit fraud. If you do not reverse the chargeback that Steam allotted you, you will permanently lose your ability to do anything other than play the games you have. Once you do reverse it, you will never allowed to use paypal again on Steam

So, you admit you got the game and did a chargeback that is only to be used in case you don't get the goods you paid for?
That is fraud. In every letter. Valve could file charges.

Reverse the chargeback, apologize to Steam Support and contact the developer of the game you have problems with. Steam Support is not responsible for technical issues with games made by other companies than Valve.

Steam is hardly the worst platform there is. You don't go to Walmart because your console game has a bug, right? Same with Steam. It's a store, where you bought the game, which they delivered.
Everything else is between you and Rockstar who is the developer of GTA V.

Like General Zod said, what you did was committing fraud. You can't steal your money back after buying a game in attempt to keep the game for free.
If you are dissatisfied with a game because of problematic reasons then use the refund system. It's there specifically for these cases and made for people's convenience.

You have 'a lot of problems' with a game you have 700 HOURS IN? and played 60 HOURS with in just hte past 2 weeks? A game you bought in JANUARY and then conveniently after it 'not working' after 700 HOURS you do a chargeback in APRIL?

If you're going to lie and commit fraud try to make up a better lie

Yes, you should think about this fact.

Upon investigating further of what issues you've had with the game, it seems to me that the only issue which you've complained repetitively about was that the game have got too many cheaters playing.

This is not the equivalent of the product being broken, a Paypal dispute is only meant to be used if the product is defected as opposed to what it was promised to be.

WTF you guys are trying to do ? Fraud ? Fraud did Steam to me, they are the ones who comited it by removing the game without refund, All what i asked was them to fix the issue or refund me, so they didnt contacted me, no support so i keep the disput open on paypal and ask them to remove the game from me and give my money back, thats not fraud, fraud is what they did to me and sorry guys but theres only two reasons to you be come with that agressive respoonsses and acusations to me, Or you work for STEAM or you have a really bad Real Life.

The game was working fine for lot time and then studently from one day to other the game stopped to work, so i did all and every thing to can make it woirks even reeinstalled it and formated my computer ((just to you see how deep i had to go)) I lost three days on this and still nothing and Steam did nothing to solve this in a good way, instead trying to solve this Steam decided to treat me and to disable me the game and thats not even legal to do, so i hope steam think in what are doing and do things legaly instead of tretning the users and remove the content that was payed...

You went in a shop. Bought a game. Played it like a month in real time.
Suddenly you come back to the shop, take money out of the cashier and are surprised when not all is fine with that.
