games and steam windows arent centered anymore

for some reason all my steam windows and games when they open are shifted down to the lower right of my screen instead of being centered, i dont know what caused this or how to fix this. i dont see an option in the settings that might have caused this. does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it? it has been this way since last year and i have had to deal with it.

If you're talking about a windowed game (not full screen) that isn't centered, I used to have this problem as well. Do CTRL+ALT+DLT and hit task manager, move task manager aside, then with your mouse you should be able to drag the windowed game screen.

the problem is, when i do this, when i quit the game and open it again it is still oriented back to the lower right, and i have to move it or my chat box for IMing steam friends back up where i want them every time.
