(HELP) If I buy a russian region game gift, can I have it in inventory and trade it?

I buy the game on a site (G2A) and its for russian region and Iam going to trade with a russian guy. But can get the game in my inventory and then trade it with him so he can activate it?

That blocked site is untrustworthly and region restricted games can only be played in that region. Purchase a Russian region gift and you need to be in Russia to play the game.
