I've got the same mouse and it have never happened to me. Did this problem occur ever since you had the mouse or did it start at another point after obtaining the mouse?

Did you configure something in the Razer Synapse 2.0 software?

Now I'm going to take a wild guess but it could possibly be Synapse's stats tracking. Perhaps it's being overwhelmed, it tend to do that occasionally with my Switchblade (the adjacent built-in touchpad on Razer Deathstalker Ultimate keyboard) which I use frequently.

You could try to turn it off by launching the Synapse 2.0, then open the Stats tab. On the top right corner there should be a cogwheel being settings, in there you can turn off "data tracking".

See if that works out for you!
I did Configure something the calibrate thing while i was looking for a fix + i am using a mac so i can find the thing to turn it off ):
The calibration probably wasn't the cause, hopefully not at least. And yes Mac, they don't have Stats tab from what I've seen, instead if you click the down arrow next to your email address up on the top right corner in the Synapse 2.0 window, there should be "Stats & Heatmaps". :fhappy:
ty very much Carolynne
