CSGO Out Of Date

So I have just recently been having issues with CSGO when ever I try and start it up it comes up with a little thing that says A client update has been downloaded. And the other one says Your client needs to be updated to run this game. I have tried to update the game about 50 times and nothing happends i have done the game chache file thing. And i have re-downloaded CSGO once PLEASE HELP ME

Search folder where was installed your csgo and delete all files related to cs
