Games missing from Steam Library

I've tried every recommended solution and nothing seems to be working. Magic Duels is part of my library, I have played it before and in the Store it confirms this. However, it's not in my library and I can't get it to show up in my library. There might be other games that I have that aren't showing up as well. Please assist.

It's in your games list, is it possible it's hidden by a filter? What does the store page say when you go there? Does it have a "Purchase" or "Play" at the top?

It says the following: IN LIBRARY
Magic Duels is already in your Steam library
Play Now
0.7 hrs on record

And it's absolutely not hidden by a filter.
