grand theft auto 5 sound effects copyrighted?
I cant find anything useful online so I thought I would turn to the steam community, am I able to use the gta5 wasted sound effect in a video without a copyright infringment?

The short answer is, you should assume anything you did not create, whether that is a video, picture, or sound, is either copyrighted or protected by other intellectual property rights unless the creator explicitly tells you otherwise.

Well surely the 'wasted' sound effect is legal.The rest though can be copyrighted, so you need to ask.

It's an original work, and under the Berne Convention, automatically copyrighted.

Well i doubt that even someone got a copyright infringement. Think about ALL of the vines that has been produced and just posted on youtube. Seriously, rockstar didn't do anything.

Hey wait a sec......I NEVER POSTED THAT!! Ok, now i need help. Is there any way of knowing if the account was used from somebody else? You're familiar with this right?

If you suspect someone is using your account the first thing you should do is reset your password from a PC you normally do not use.

Thanks, i'll also print my steam guard codes, just in case. Also i apologize that i was giving some false information. I asked steam about the limitation and they said any purchase can be made.

I never realised they would answer me that quick. Even though support is mostly seen as REALLY slow.
