unknown funds in my steam wallet
so not too long ago £3.20 showd up in my steam wallet purchased from "valve's mastercard" i did not make this purchase and ive only ever used paypal for my payments.
a reddit post is saying this is a scam that messes with your account if you use the funds.

No idea what a Valves mastercard is, but you can contact Steam support if you want something to be done about it.

Contact Support if you believe your account was compromised. Do not ignore it, act immediately. Change your passwords for everything from a different computer. Your PC may be infected, do not take this lightly.

money has not been taken out of my bank, my steam is mobile authenticated and the password is recently new. people on reddit think funds are added using russian payment kiosks. and i already contacted steam support but i doubt i will hear back from them anytime soon.

im just not sure how much damage they can do with it or how to get rid of it
Cathulhu Apr 20, 2016 @ 2:45am
As has been said multiple times, contact Steam Support.

from what i can tell they dont need access to your account to add funds using a russian kiosk just put in the name and thats it
i think that ..

just found out that the russian kiosk payments show up as "Purchase - Kiosk" on the purchase history so it may not be that.

just found this post from a couple of years back
http://www.giantbomb.com/pc/3045-94/forums/a-story-of-trolling-how-russians-destroyed-my-stea-1443140/
aparantly they can add funds and then get a refund on said funds which then limits your steam account for a time (no purchasing, no gifting, no steam community access) all the fun stuff. and with how painfully slow steam support is all this could happen before i even get a reply.

Yeah, I just also noticed that my account has been charged with 4.80 € by valves mastercard, contacted the steam support to see what they are saying about this issue.
