IF I DELETE STEAM DOES MY PROGRESS IN MULTIPLAYER IS GONE TOO?

hello. i recently deleted steam so i can reinstall it (because of errors) i am a lvl 41 spectre in bo3 and i don't want to lose my progress. i still have achievements in the menu and i am worried that all my work in multiplayer will be gone help me please.

Games like CSGO and TF2 will be saved on your credentials, just like switching from 360 to XBONE with your multiplayer save (I.E CoD multiplayer progress), but games like Terraria, Elder scrolls, and other offline games will need a backup because that type of game will not save over other devices. It's doesn't have online credentials to stick to your account with.

Like i said........Offline or singleplayer games wont save your progress on other devices, so What I mean is online progress will still be saved.
