Can I view play time in minutes played?
On the Library page, the time played in hours for each game can be viewed. However, that play time is measured in minutes when a game has been played for less than an hour. I've also noticed that some play times are displayed as decimals when viewed on the Profile page.

What I'm wondering is if there's a way to view exactly how long I've played a game in minutes, rather than hours. I feel like this should be possible, but I have yet to find a way to do so.

If you use the Steam Calculator on the SteamDB website, it shows minutes played, instead of in decimal.

Where will it list minutes played? I'm still seeing decimals for times over 1 hour.

Yeah, after 60 minutes it will only show hours. It's only useful for tracking in minutes before an hour.

I would recommend Googling "Hours to Minutes", and even if you type in something like "0.6 hours to minutes", it will say something like 36 minutes.

I have an issue with steam claiming I played a game for over 8 hours yet I barely looked at it for 4 minutes. THey are refusing me a refund. Its bogus. Just keep taking my money!

They can only see how long the exe was running. Nothing else.

You can check byhoursplayed.com if you want to see how you compare to the entire community by hours played.
