Gif problem

This morning accepted a gift of steam , the game " Survival Ark Evolved " . This game already had it in my library but wanted bought for a friend , I chose the option of adding to my inventory of gifts. In the game support page says that today August 22 have the game in my inventory and I get the option to access it, however still it does not appear in my inventory. Anyone know why this error can be ?

Where did the gift you received come from? Was it purchased on Steam?

No, from another site. But the problem is that steam says me that i have the game in my investory and is not true. I received de gif well.

Gifts can be removed if there is an issue with payment. For example, if the gift was purchased with a stolen credit card or the buyer does a chargeback.

Did you pay for the gift, either with money or items, or was it given to you for free?

with my credit card, i usually buy this gifs for me or friends with my account but this time i have this problem

You will need to contact the web site you purchased from, but selling gifts isn't even allowed, so Steam won't be able to assist you. If you cannot resolve the issue by speaking with the web site you bought from, consider filing a chargeback yourself.

They said me that i received the gif well, and is true i received it. For now i´m waiting for steam´s answer to my ticket but really.. that is not fun, my friend is waiting the game

I'm really sorry, but I must stress that Steam will not assist you. Not only because Steam cannot assist with purchases made outside Steam, but because selling gifts is not allowed. The only thing you can do is contact the seller and inform them you paid them, you don't have the gift, and you will file a payment dispute if they cannot resolve this problem.

Thx, i will wait for steam answer and if not resolve my problem, i would buy the game another time.
