No Sound in Steam Overlay
No matter what game i play, whenever im idle and don't feel like quitting, i would browse the internet through the overlay, maybe watch some videos. For whatever reason, I am getting zero audio through it. Game audio is fine, my volume mixer on Windows 10 is fine, and my game settings don't have the overlay muted. Not sure what to do

Kind of a long time ago, but if I remember right, it was just a simple reboot of steam, then of the computer and double checking the audio mixer. Worked well after that. Sometimes the Steam Client audio mix is hidden on the side, so make sure that's good as well. Other than that, I believe simply rebooting fixed the issue

ah, i found out the issue, steam client moved its default output device to the other device instead of mine, so yeah. that's a third fix for the issue. . .
