windows 10 fix "AMD" R7-250

run your steam games from "radeon settings" instead of steam.

i upgraded from 8.1 to 10 and i have had nothing but problem with most of my games. my grphic card not responding, crashing, freezing, games not lunching to black screens and i have tempred with the graphics,settings and moddifying the games to see if there were any improvements but nothing helped. I went only so that i can temper with my pc setting and i also thinker in the regestry with no real signs of improvement. i lost trackof how many times i re-installed my programs, games and even the OS. nothing i did helped and today just for kick i run my games from RADEON SETTINGS instead of steam and so far i haven't run into any problems. so im freaking happy and i hope this helps anyone who is still or starting to run into problems.

ps. before trying this, i did a clean install to my system so all of the things i did to my computer should not affect this solution.

pss. if this helps anyone. please post me if it help. im testing my games to see if this is an actuall fix or a temporary one. i would like to look into this a little bit deeper but before i wreck my head trying to look into this i would like to know if there is a consistency with this or if im the only one with this outcome.

not raptor. radeon setting for some reason my games seem to work when i start them from there.

what are the spec for your system. are you running windows 10? if yes did you had problems? and what did you do to fix it.

ps i have AMD for less then 2 years, i use to use intel so i hope if you don't mind me picking your brain

mother board gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3
video card XFX Double D R9 270 925MHz Boost 2GB
AMD FX-6350 3.9 GHZ
16 GB Kingston HyperX FURY 1866MHz

try to install rapter to check your system for update it will check every thing and let you know what to update . i know i said it dont fix anything but it good software to update you system .

2nd check if your HDD working 100% all the time or not if yes let me know i will show you how to fix it .

3rd let me have your system info what you are using look at my info on top .

then i can help you more. win 10 have lot of problem with gaming thing lol but you can fix it .

i was using win 7 then i chnage to 10 it add up lot of problem for me but i found out how to fix them .

well my games are working now. but f i run it from steam they tend to fail and the graphics looks weird. since i start it to lunch it from radeon settings i don't seem to have problems.

ps i have rapter and i tried using it to change the setting for my games. this is why i posted fix for windows 10. it doesn't quite make sense to me how does lunching a game from radeon settings is fixing my problems since it has to run steam games through steam first.

pss. don't worry about it i work too so i know how hard i can be sometimes to find time to tincker or do anything.

ps. thinking about buying a new graphic card i know that the R7 series were oudated. which would you recommend

The R7 series isn't out dated,its just the entry leave gpus
The R9/RX budget GPUs are worlds apart

I bough my XFX with $160 now it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ $200 to $400 WOW
you need to wait till they went on good sell (AMD usually have good sell some time on amazon )
