Every time I use a Gift Card, I am Banned from Market!!!

I used a gift card my friend gave me of 25 dollars. I go to buy an AWP, and my steam account is banned from the community market for a week. I've had this problem before, but dealth with it. Now, it is getting really darn annoying. Any way to turn this off, or to shorten the ban?

Anyways, the ban is for: Using a new card. When I try to verify it, I CAN't, BECAUSE IT'S A GIFT CARD@#$@#$!%@!%#@%$!@%!!
