The text is different for credit card refunds.
I didnt get this kind of a messege with Steam email... i have no idea why. Not wallet and not Credit card messege.
I got a refund confirmation, also the game is no longer in my library. But i didnt get that messege in that email.
i was looking at the mail they sent me again, didnt see it.
Did you ever do a refund to your credit card?
Anyway, yes, I did. Sort of. I once did a refund to my PayPal account which is just as external as a credit card.
