How long does it take to refund to my credit card?
First of all - Hello. Do you guys know how long does it take to refund? I did a refund on a game a week ago (Sunday). And i didn't recive the money yet.

Read the refund confirmation email. It explains how long it can take.

I was looking for some info there, didnt find anything. Its not saying how long it will take.

Do you know how long its usually taking?

Usually: No idea. Officially: Up to 14 days.

By the way: The email says that. Here's what it says when refuding to Steam wallet

I didnt get this kind of a messege with Steam email... i have no idea why. Not wallet and not Credit card messege.

If you've received no refund CONFIRMATION email, then your refund request wasn't granted yet.

I got a refund confirmation, also the game is no longer in my library. But i didnt get that messege in that email.

Are you not able to or are you not willing to?
Anyway, yes, I did. Sort of. I once did a refund to my PayPal account which is just as external as a credit card.
