Lock on 30 fps on Windows 10?? Fix??

My game has recently been locked to 30 fps for some unknown reason. It happend a few weeks ago so I had to factory reset my PC, and it was all good. Then I was running at a solid 290+ fps in game, and it has just dropped all of a sudden again. Can anyone help me pleasseeeeee

Disable GameDVR in the XBox app.

I have the same issue. I uninstalled cs of my PC so I install it again and i'll see if that's working

I disabled it before uninstalled everything. My video card is working as always in other games

What's with the lack of details?

"Other games"; so what game is affected? EDIT: Of course it's CS:GO. It's also the only game you've played in roughly 9 days. Sure the issue isn't widespread?

List what you've done, so we don't have to tell you stuff you've already done. Not only does it waste your time but ours too.

ı also play csgo 120fps my computer 8gb ram but gta 5 47fps u edit your efecctis

It's only affecting csgo and i did anything. A windows 10 update just came out of nowhere and changed my fps from 300 constantly to 30-40. One of my friend had the same issue and he didn't resolved it either.
