Only Cutscenes are slow, but the whole game run a 60fps
Even though my Laptop is just the enough to handle high setting, I turn everything low or off for two reasons:
1: decrease useless resources usage ( the game still a game, doesn't really matter how it looks)
2: I have a VERY POOR eyesight (everything I see is blurry anyways, so HD is pointless)
So my games run swift and smooth in ~58fps in most settings, but on every game the cutscenes are slow, for instance in Final Fantasy X HD Remastered, when Yuna finished the first Fayth the Cutscenes ended with the audio like this
" I dddddddiiiiiiid ittttttt i hhhhhhave beco" backscreen for 2 seconds and the game continues normally, and also the audio is ways ahead of the display, such as a character screaming and slashing with a sword: I hear the screams the metal sound way before they actually dashed
I believe I need to explain no further, so here's my specs anyhow:

It's already here so it matters little now, besides, I don't like validating every other day with untrusted third-parties servers that erase your data as the please, just to save space they suppose to have in the firs place.

Also this is obiviously a hardare issue in my lappy, very far from being anything tips could handle
