2. No one here can help you with account related issues. That's what Steam Support is for.

They take too long, they reply after 3 months, by then, the sale is 3 months over!

And still your only option. Or you use a different payment method. Steam accepts more than just PayPal.

I tried used two different Credit cards and PayPal, it must be something going on with Steam.

I have to imagine it's an issue with Steam. I've been having the same issue across multiple credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin since yesterday

I've tried using a Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Steam is basically saying "♥♥♥♥ you," to everyone who's trying to buy the Capcom Bundle.

Well, they're not getting my money anymore. That was a 300$ bundle for 40$. It's still like 60% off at 117$ but I'm still not spending that much because the sale's over. I bet my payment works NOW though. Steam needs to fix their ♥♥♥♥.
