Is normal if the temps rise up.
A laptop hasn't got the same cooling capabilities of a desktop PC. It's almost all squeezed on a single PCB. So the fan it is the only way it has to "breathe".

All drivers updated and the specs on this laptop are top tier tho

Are you sure the fan isn't supposed to run like crazy? Have you read tests before buying? Was the laptop advertised as silent?
ReBoot has got a point. It could be even a faulty component.
Check on Google if other people with the same laptop got the same "noisy" fan.

The blur effect appears only on FIFA(I guess its Fifa) or even other games?

laptops not for gaming, even gaming laptops... use cooling pad
check all settings, power management
http://www.notebookcheck.net/fileadmin/Notebooks/Asus/Strix_GL502VY-DS71/flir_20160621T150928_4.png overheat VRAM

shutdown laptop, disconnect power, then battery connector for 15 min, then connect it back, start laptop, reset power settings to defaults, Energy star

btw, ultra settings not mean best view - just maximum load...

Lets reiterate

Heat is a COOLING problem. Not a game problem

Fix your cooling.

Fix your cooling. Likely your fan is broken causing heat to build up.
Just bought the laptop dude :/

only on fifa

Then it could be a Fifa problem with a specific setting. Try even other games if you have the possibility to do so.
