Is it wrong to buy games from sites like "Kinguin"?

I just wanted to buy a game from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and i don't know if there is anything wrong with it, or you get banned if you do that, so, is there anything wrong by purchasing games from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

Yeah i wrote the text and i was like, ok i get it, do not get games from pinguin, btw there is support at pinguin too, you have to pay like 1$ so you can get refunds and stuff like that

Paying additional fees to get basic customer service is a clear sign of fraud. Hey, if you go to a car dealer who says "And now pay this extra so I won't screw you over", will you think he's serious?
