Hello im from Germany so my steam and all games are in german is there a way i can change that ?

That's dependent on the game. It has to support multiple languages in the version of the game you have, and then how they implement it will vary from game to game. It may be an option in the game menu for example, or you might have to edit some files, or it might try to choose it automatically based on your locale.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for:

To change the language in Steam itself, click on "Steam" in top left corner, go to "Settings", then click on "Interface". Change the language Steam is presented to you on the screen in the drop window at the top. So you would change it from "German" to "English". This only applies to Steam itself and not the games in your Library.
