failed to start the game, is there any efficient solution?

All downloading and updating were going well until I was about to enter the game (H1Z1). It shows that GameLauncherCefChildProcess.exe stops working. The game homepage indicates that LaunchPad was unable to connect.
But after checking my network connection, I found there was nothing wrong with it no matter I connect VPN or not. Plus, I followed the instructions related to this particular problem in Steam Support. I set anti-virus software on PC to Game Mode, and verified game files, there’s no file missing or corrupted. I also tried DirectX repair tool, but it was no help either.
Another game of mine is operated successfully, I wonder is this a problem with Steam or a dysfunction of game server itself. Is any buddy here had encountered with such situation? Is there any workable solution? I appreciate you for taking time read this >.< Thank you again :D

mine's Win7 64bit

Just wanted to confirm you had a 64-bit operating system, as the game requires one. ReBoot has the correct answer then, you would need to ask in the game's forum.
