removing xbox app for csgo fps improval

So i found out the windows 10 anniversary update made csgo go abit wonky. the source of it is the xbox ingame DVR, i disabled it, and no i want to delete the whole xbox app. I am using Ccleaner to delete the app (Havent deleted it yet) but i see 2 things related to the word "Xbox" one called "Xbox" with a green symbol of an 'X' and another called "Xbox Identity Provider" without any image or thumbnail to shwo what it is. my question is, do i uninstall these both with Ccleaner, or do i just uninstall "Xbox" with the green thumbnail without touching the other "Xbox" thingy without the thumbnail.
