Arma3 vs Dell XPS x8900-944BLK desktop

I want a pc that can run arma 3 decently on good fps and medium settings, what's people opinions on this pc for it ?
If you think you know a better model for better money feel free to tell me

you post in wrong section, and get useless answer from spambot :) this enough for arma 3 (better than recommended pc) but arma 3 have zillion DLC with ugly optimisation...

and pre-built branded desktop allways worse than self-assembled... and more expensive
