Soccer Games on PC
Hi everyone! I hope y'all doing good today. :steamhappy:

I always seem to get some good help when I ask questions here on the Steam forums.

So with the new soccer season getting underway I was wondering which game is best?

I think that it's obviously going to be between either FIFA or Pro Evo but which is it? Or is there something else on the horizon which might be worth waiting for?

Unfortunately I'm nowhere near as quick to learn how to play games these days as there seems to be more and more complicated controls than ever. I'm not wanting to be spending weeks and weeks learning only to find that I have not bought the best game. I can only afford one game so I'd like to hear what you guys and gals have to say.

I'd really appreciate your input.

Many thanks in advance. :)

I still play Fifa 11.
Trust me, it's the best version ever if you can get it.
(I've played Fifa 2002, 08, 11, 13, 15 and 16, Pes 2013, 2015 and 2016)

I'd like to remind you that Fifa 11 was the only game to get 10/10 from Official Playstation Magazine, it is called by many to be "a near perfect football simulation", still has thousands of players and has the best soundtracks ever.
Next time you try to call the best football game there is "a joke", please go into your games list on steam and ask yourself "What the ♥♥♥♥ am I doing with my life" after you see that you've spent 4,2k hours on cs:go.

I see you said Playstation was 10/10. I'm looking for a game on the PC. No problems if you meant that it got the same review on PC.

Hi Eduard Haf and thanks for your input. Could you expand on why you think 11 was a joke and what you think is better? Thanks.

(lol. I just bought CSGO the other day. Somehow I dont think I'll be playing it that much)! :steamhappy:

Nobody plays counter strike that much lol. Unless you literally have no life. Without that sentence being a joke, or a dig at someone. Just literally, no life. Very sad. :(

4,2k hours is exactly 6 real full entire months of human life. That is, well, there are no words.

crazycupmuffin.... I know someone who plays CSGO a little too much and takes it a little too seriously. I do worry sometimes. :)
Tycho Aug 9, 2016 @ 4:18pm
Not to mention that he used SAM for cs:go achievements.. I mean seriously? 4,2k hours and you can't get all the achievements without cheating?

About Fifa 11.. The PS and PC versions are pretty much the same, that's what I meant. It's fully worth it, the only real downside is that it isn't on Steam. :steamsad:
It's clearly best to hold off until Behold the Kickmen is out. You wouldn't want to miss out on doing a goal in the most authentic football game ever made.

Some of the best fun footie games on steam:

--football tactics
--Super Arcade football
--Rocket league - Fun, footie with cars, huge online game for all skill levels
--Natural Soccer - Been recommended to me a lot. On my wishlist.
--Kopanito All Stars - Getting this next. Just got multiplayer added, & it has a huge following
--Tabletop soccer - Like chess mixed with football. Can be played online and is a good price.
--Pixel cup soccer 17 - Has all perfect reviews on steam which is jaw-dropping lol.

Thanks everyone. I don't really know which way to go. So many to choose from. I am really wanting to stay on the pure soccer sim path though rather than arcade and mixed content games. :)
